INTERLUDE — TICKET BOOKING PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: 5 October 2026

Who we are

Interlude is operated by Mercura Holdings Ltd, trading as Interlude. We are responsible for how personal information is used for our event bookings.

Contact: hello@clubinterlude.com

Information we collect

We collect the buyer’s name, email address, ticket and order details, payment status, and any optional answers provided during booking. If someone books for other attendees, we may receive their details from the buyer.

Required booking information allows us to process your order and provide admission. Without it, we may be unable to complete your booking.

How we use your information

We use your information to:
• Process bookings, issue tickets and manage admission.
• Send confirmations and essential event updates.
• Handle enquiries, refunds and payment disputes.
• Maintain financial records and prevent misuse.

We rely on performance of our contract for booking and event services, legal obligations for required financial records, and legitimate interests for preventing fraud and resolving disputes.

Future event updates

We will send promotional emails about future Interlude events only if you opt in. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us. Booking a ticket does not automatically subscribe you.

Who receives your information

We use Ticket Tailor to manage ticket bookings and Stripe to process payments. Authorised people helping us administer the event may access the information needed for their role.

Stripe handles card information; we do not receive your full card number. Information may also be disclosed where legally required. We do not sell your personal information.

International processing

Our providers may process information outside the UK. Their published policies describe the applicable safeguards, including adequacy arrangements and contractual protections:

Ticket Tailor: https://www.tickettailor.com/legal/gdpr-third-parties
Stripe: https://stripe.com/gb/privacy

How long we keep information

We retain routine attendee information and optional booking answers for up to 12 months after the event, unless needed for an unresolved enquiry or dispute.

We retain necessary financial records for up to six years, or longer where legally required.

Marketing details are retained until you unsubscribe or the list is reviewed and inactive contacts are removed. We may keep a minimal suppression record to respect your opt-out.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your information, and object to certain uses. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.

Contact hello@clubinterlude.com to exercise your rights. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.

Scope

This policy covers ticket bookings and event administration. Any additional use of website tracking, event photography or filming will be explained separately.
